enquiries received during the St Marys Leagues Club Bridal Night, 22nd

enquiry must be either in person or by placing to a Bluvan representative
or by placing the form in a box on the night. Whilst stocks last. FREE
gift cannot be redeemed for cash or alternate gifts/services. FREE gift
offer is separate to any other promotional discount/offers available for
bookings during the event.

for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including
its officers, employees and agents) excludes all
liability (including negligence), for any personal injury;
or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct,

to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or
equipment malfunction (whether or not under
the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access
or third party interference; (c) any enquiry forms or free gift received
that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or
not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason
beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in free
gift value to that stated in these Terms and
Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant;
(f) use of free gift.
